D\n\nConsideration and possible action to authorize the City Manager to execute\nan agreement, in a form approved by the City Attorney, with Bellflower\nRotary Club, for funding support of the City’s Dog Park at Ruth R. Caruthers\nPark and a donation for a future Parks and Recreation Foundation; and\napprove a proposed plan for the development of a Parks and Recreation\nFoundation.\nRecommendation to City Council: 1) Authorize the City Manager to execute an\nagreement, in a form approved by the City Attorney, with the Bellflower Rotary\nClub; and 2) Approve the proposed plan for development of a Parks and\nRecreation Foundation; or 3) Alternatively, discuss and take other action related\nto this item.
