Approving Amendment No. 1 to Contract No. 2025-10-AC with NV5, Inc. to provide additional\ndesign services and comprehensive construction support services for the SGPD HVAC\nReplacement Project, City Project No. 667-GEN, in an amount not to exceed $40,000; and\nb. Authorizing the Mayor to execute Amendment No. 1 to Contract No. 2025-10-AC in a form\nacceptable to the City Attorney.
