Per the approved franchise agreement, the waste hauler may submit a\nrequest for an annual rate adjustment.\nRECOMMENDED ACTION:\nCity Council adopt a resolution approving the annual rate adjustment request for Burrtec\nWaste Industries, Inc., contingent upon the implementation of Los Angeles County’s\nproposed residential rate in the unincorporated areas of the Santa Clarita Valley effective\nJanuary 1, 2026.
