Resolution authorizing the City Engineer to\nexercise discretionary approval of designs for public works and public improvement projects.\nThis action will support the City’s ability to establish design immunity for eligible projects.\nRecommendation: That the City Council adopt a Resolution titled, "A RESOLUTION OF THE\nCITY COUNCIL, CITY OF LA VERNE, CALIFORNIA, DELEGATING AUTHORITY TO\nEXERCISE DISCRETIONARY APPROVAL OF DESIGNS FOR PUBLIC WORKS AND PUBLIC\nIMPROVEMENT PROJECTS TO THE CITY ENGINEER OR DESIGNEE."
