3.\nAdopt a Resolution to Receive Metropolitan Water District Grant Funds; and Amend an\nAgreement with Conserv Construction, Inc.\nIt is recommended that the City Council take the following actions:\n1) Adopt the following resolution:\nRESOLUTION NO. 2025-128 - A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE\nCITY OF POMONA, CALIFORNIA, AMENDING THE FY 2025-26 WATER FUND\nBUDGET, RECEIVING AND INCREASING REVENUE ESTIMATES BY $120,000 OF\nMETROPOLITAN\nWATER\nDISTRICT\nFROM\nTHE\nMEMBER\nAGENCY\nADMINISTERED-INCENTIVE\nPROGRAM\nGRANT\nFOR\nTHE\nRESIDENTIAL\nLANDSCAPE EVALUATION PROGRAM\n2) Amend an agreement with Conserv Construction, Inc. to add an additional $70,000 to\nthe contract amount, to a total agreement amount of $220,000.\nStaff Report - Adopt Reso for MWD Grants _Amend Conserv\nAttachment No. 1 - Resolution No. 2025-128\nAttachment No. 2- Agreement
