6)\nCONSIDERATION TO AUTHORIZE SUBMITTAL OF A GRANT APPLICATION TO LA METRO FOR\nTHE FEDERAL TRANSIT ADMINISTRATION SECTION 5310 GRANT PROGRAM\nRecommend that the City Council:\na. Authorize the submittal of a grant application through the Federal Transit Administration\nSection 5310 Grant Program in an amount of $880,000 for the proposed Truman Street\nMobility Enhancement Project; and\nb. Authorize the City Manager, or designee, to make non-substantive changes and execute all\nrelated documents.
