6.\nApproval of Task Orders with Stephen Dalton Architects and Keyser Marston\nAssociates Inc. to Complete Feasibility Studies and Conceptual Designs for Three\nPotential Affordable Housing Sites on 22nd District Agricultural Association\nProperty in the City of Del Mar in Accordance with the City’s Certified 6th Cycle\nHousing Element Program 3A\nRecommended Action: Staff recommends the City Council: 1) Approve a $67,000 Task\nOrder with Stephen Dalton Architects (Attachment A) and a $175,000 Task Order with\nKeyser Marston Associates Inc. (Attachment B) to complete feasibility studies and\nconceptual designs for three potential affordable housing sites on 22nd District Agricultural\nAssociation property in the City of Del Mar; and 2) Authorize the City Manager to execute\nthe Task Orders.\nReference: Clerk’s File No. 406-1
