11.\nConsideration of a Mills Act Contract for historic property preservation, rehabilitation and\nmaintenance for 1112 East Whiting Avenue.\nProposed Motion:\n1.\nAdopt Resolution No. 2025-XXX.\nRESOLUTION NO. 2025-XXX - A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE\nCITY OF FULLERTON, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING A MILLS ACT CONTRACT\nBETWEEN THE CITY AND THE OWNERS OF HISTORIC PROPERTY LOCATED AT\n1112 EAST WHITING AVENUE IN THE FORM OF A HISTORIC PROPERTY\nPRESERVATION AGREEMENT\n2.\nAuthorize City Manager, or designee, to review subsequent updated schedules of\nimprovements and maintenance items provided by the property owners pursuant to the\nHistoric Property Preservation Agreement (Agreement) prior to the tenth anniversary of\nthe Agreement and every tenth anniversary thereafter.
