Authorize the City Manager to execute an\nagreement with Convergint Technologies LLC to provide video surveillance\nsystem upgrade and Customer Support Program, in an amount not to exceed\n$3,043,768 for a term beginning December 2, 2025 and expiring December 1,\n2028, with provisions for two, one-year extensions (Agreement No. A-2025-\nXXX).\n2. Authorize the City Manager to execute an agreement with Convergint\nTechnologies LLC to provide maintenance and repair services, in an amount\nnot to exceed $95,593, for a term beginning December 2, 2025 and expiring\nDecember 1, 2028, with provisions for two, one-year extensions (Agreement\nNo. A-2025-XXX).\n3. Approve an appropriation adjustment to recognize $220,000 of prior-year\nfund balance in the U.S. Department of Justice Asset Forfeiture Funds and\nappropriate same to the Contract Services expenditure account.
