20.\nFirst Amendments to the Fiscal Year (FY) 2025-26 Emergency Solutions\nGrant (ESG) Subrecipient Agreements with Orange County United Way and\nWISEPlace, and a First Amendment to the Memorandum of Understanding\nwith the Santa Ana Police Department\nDepartment(s): Community Development Agency\nRecommended Action: 1. Authorize the City Manager to execute a First\nAmendment to increase the annual amount of the FY 2025-26 ESG\nSubrecipient Agreement with WISEPlace to serve additional Santa Ana\nresidents experiencing homelessness by $15,197, for a new annual amount\nnot to exceed $72,197 for the current contract term expiring June 30, 2026\n(Agreement No. A-2025-XXX).\n2. Authorize the City Manager to execute a First Amendment to increase the\nannual amount of the FY 2025-26 ESG Subrecipient Agreement with the\nOrange County United Way for Homeless Management Information System\ndata management by $15,197, for a new annual amount not to exceed\n$73,343 for the current contract term expiring June 30, 2026 (Agreement No.\nA-2025-XXX).\n3. Authorize the City Manager to execute a First Amendment to increase the\nannual amount of the FY 2025-26 ESG Subrecipient Agreement with the\nSanta Ana Police Department for the Homeless Evaluation Assessment\nResponse Team Program to serve additional Santa Ana residents\nexperiencing homelessness through street outreach and engagement by\n$15,197 for a new total annual amount not to exceed $72,082 for the current\ncontract term expiring June 30, 2026 (Agreement No. A-2025-XXX).
