14.\nAppropriation Adjustment and Agreement with the U.S. Department of\nTransportation (DOT) Federal Highway Administration for the Safe Routes to\nParks and Wheelchair Assessment Plan (Non-General Fund) (Project No. 26-\n6100)\nDepartment(s): Public Works Agency\nRecommended Action: 1. Authorize the City Manager to execute an\nagreement with the U.S. Department of Transportation (DOT) Federal\nHighway Administration for the Safe Routes to Parks and Wheelchair\nAssessment plan, effective upon execution of the agreement through\nSeptember 30, 2028 in an amount not to exceed $651,200 (Agreement No. A-\n2025-XXX).\n2. Approve an appropriation adjustment accepting $651,200 in the Public\nServices – Street Safety Projects, Federal Grant-Indirect revenue account and\nappropriate the same amount into the Street Safety Projects, Improvements\nOther Than Building expenditure account.  (Requires five affirmative votes)
