6.F. Acceptance of Waterline Improvements at the Intersection of Birch Street and Kraemer\nBoulevard, CIP No. 7329\n— 1. Accept project as complete and authorize City Clerk to file and record Notice of\nCompletion; and\n— 2. Authorize the City Clerk to release the Performance Bond upon acceptance of the\nWarranty Bond, and release the Payment Bond upon further notification from the Public Works\nDepartment; and\n— 3. Accept the Warranty Bond.  The source of funds for this Project is from RMRA Fund (Fund\n221) and Water Fund (Fund 420).
