Discuss and consider amending the Torrance Municipal Airport Ordinance as related to\nenforcement of the Airport Ordinance; and\n2. Determine the project is exempt from California Environmental Quality Act pursuant to Sections\n15378 and 15061(b)(3) of Title 14 of the California Code of Regulations; and\n3. Adopt an ORDINANCE amending Torrance Municipal Code Article 7 “Enforcement” of Chapter 1,\nDivision 5; and\n4. Approve an Ordinance Summary for publication.
