Expenditure: Not-to-Exceed $1,451,546 (Non-General Fund).\nRecommendation of the Transit Director that City Council approve a first amendment to the contract\nservices agreement (C204-165) with Nomad Transit, LLC, in the amount of $1,451,546, for a new\nnot-to-exceed-amount of $3,336,536, to operate Connect Torrance Microtransit and extend the contract\nterm for a one-year (1) period beginning December 10, 2025 and ending December 9, 2026, with an option\nto extend the agreement for a seven-month period through June 30, 2027.
