17. CONSIDER AWARDING AND APPROVING A CONTRACT SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH GPP\nANALYTICS INC. FOR PIPELINE FRANCHISE AUDIT, COMPLIANCE AND REVENUE RECOVERY SERVICES\n(CITY COUNCIL)\nRECOMMENDED ACTION\n— 1. APPROVE the proposed Contract Services Agreement with GPP Analytics Inc. for pipeline\nfranchise audit, compliance and revenue recovery services for a five-year term, for a not-to-\nexceed Contract Sum of $77,300. (Exhibit No. 3; the agreement): and\n— 2. AUTHORIZE the Mayor to execute the Agreement following approval as to form by the City\nAttorney.
