29. CONSIDER APPROVAL OF AMENDMENT NO. 1 TO THE CONTRACT SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH\nCJ CONCRETE CONSTRUCTION, INC. FOR ANNUAL SIDEWALK AND CONCRETE MAINTENANCE\nSERVICES IN DISTRICTS 1 AND 2, AND CONSIDER APPROVAL OF AMENDMENT NO. 1 TO THE\nCONTRACT SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH CJ CONCRETE CONSTRUCTION, INC. FOR ANNUAL\nSIDEWALK AND CONCRETE MAINTENANCE SERVICES IN DISTRICTS 3 AND 4 (CITY COUNCIL)\nRECOMMENDED ACTION\n— 1. APPROVE the proposed Amendment No. 1 to the Maintenance Contract Services\nAgreement with CJ Concrete Construction, Inc. to provide annual sidewalk/concrete\nmaintenance services at Districts 1 and 2, increasing the contract sum by $200,000 for a new\ntotal contract sum of $806,100 and extending the term by one year;\n— 2. APPROVE the proposed Amendment No. 1 to the Maintenance Contract Services\nAgreement with CJ Concrete Construction, Inc. to provide annual sidewalk/concrete\nmaintenance services at Districts 3 and 4, increasing the contract sum by $200,000 for a new\ntotal contract sum of $806,100 and extending the term by one year;\n— 3. AUTHORIZE the Mayor to execute the proposed Amendment No. 1 to the agreement with\nCJ Concrete Construction, Inc. for Districts 1 and 2., following approval as to form by the City\nAttorney; and,\n— 4. AUTHORIZE the Mayor to execute the proposed Amendment No. 1 to the agreement with\nCJ Concrete Construction, Inc. for Districts 3 and 4., following approval as to form by the City\nAttorney.
