28. CONSIDER APPROVAL OF AMENDMENT NO. 2 TO THE CONTRACT SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH\nCS & ASSOCIATES, INC TO PROVIDE ON-CALL PROFESSIONAL LABOR COMPLIANCE SERVICES FOR\nVARIOUS NEEDS TO THE PUBLIC WORKS DEPARTMENT (CITY COUNCIL)\nRECOMMENDED ACTION\n— 1. APPROVE the proposed Amendment No. 2 to the Contract Services Agreement CS &\nAssociates, Inc for on-call professional labor compliance services by increasing the contract\nsum by $100,000.00 for a total contract sum of $500,000; and,\n— 2. AUTHORIZE the Mayor to execute the proposed Amendment No. 2 with CS & Associates,\nInc following approval as to form by the City Attorney.
