7.5 Consulting Services Agreement with NCE, Inc. for the Civil Engineering Design Services For\nResidential, Collector, and Arterial Streets Rehabilitation, and Residential Neighborhood\nADA Curb Ramps Improvement Projects; CIP No. SI261\nRecommended Action:\nA. Determined that approval of the design services agreement for the proposed\nproject is not subject to environmental review under the California Environmental\nQuality Act (CEQA) pursuant to CEQA Guidelines Article 18, Section 15262; and\nB. Approve, and authorize the City Manager to sign, the Consulting Services\nAgreement with NCE, Inc. in a not-to-exceed amount of $542,955, plus a\ncontingency amount of $54,296, to be authorized by the City Manager, for a total\nauthorization amount of $597,251.
