25.\nON-CALL PETROLEUM ENGINEERING SERVICES – AUTHORIZATION TO\nADVERTISE A REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS (RFQ)\n(COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT)\nRECOMMENDATION: It is recommended that the City Council:\n1) Find that the advertisement of a Request for Qualifications (RFQ) for On-Call\nPetroleum Engineering Services is exempt from the requirements of the California\nEnvironmental Quality Act (CEQA);\n2) Authorize the Director of Community Development to advertise an RFQ for On-\nCall Petroleum Engineering Services; and\n3) Take such additional, related action that may be desirable.
