24.\nFISCAL YEAR 2025-2026 FIRST QUARTER BUDGET REVIEW AND POSITION\nADJUSTMENTS (FINANCE)\nRECOMMENDATION: It is recommended that the City Council:\n1) Approve staff recommendation of an additional $812,415 to General Fund\nexpenditures detailed in Attachment A;\n2) Approve new positions (Attachment A):\n• Four (4) new full-time positions to support Emergency Medical Services\n• Two (2) new full-time positions to support Code Enforcement Services\n• One (1) new full-time position to support Parks and Recreation special events\n3) Approve position reclassifications and salary modifications (Attachment A):\n• Three (3) reclassifications of existing full-time positions\n• One (1) full-time hire to support Information Technology Services\n4) Approve one (1) hourly contracted position for temporary Accounting Services.\n5) Approve and adopt the attached revised salary schedule.
