19.\nVALLEY VIEW AVENUE AND ALONDRA BOULEVARD INTERSECTION\nIMPROVEMENT – AUTHORIZATION TO ADVERTISE FOR CONSTRUCTION\nBIDS (PUBLIC WORKS)\nRECOMMENDATION: It is recommended that the City Council:\n1) Approve the Plans and Specifications for the Valley View Avenue and Alondra\nBoulevard Intersection Improvement Project; and\n2) Authorize the City Engineer to advertise for construction bids; and\n3) Authorize the City Clerk to file a Notice of Exemption for the subject project with\nthe Los Angeles Registrar-Recorder; and\n4) Take such additional, related action that may be desirable.
