28.\nDECLARING A PORTION OF THE PROPERTY LOCATED AT 9255 PIONEER\nBOULEVARD (APN: 8001-003-934) AS EXEMPT SURPLUS LAND PURSUANT\nTO THE SURPLUS LAND ACT (COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT)\nRECOMMENDATION: It is recommended that the City Council:\n1) Find that this action is exempt from environmental review under the California\nEnvironmental Quality Act (CEQA); and\n2) Adopt Resolution No. 9987, declaring that a portion of the city-owned property\nlocated at 9255 Pioneer Boulevard (APN 8001-003-934) is “exempt surplus land”\npursuant to the Surplus Land Act (Government Code Sections 54221(f)(1)(A) and\n37364).
