6. 23-0331 Recommendation to adopt Specifications No. ITB CE-22-116 and\naward a contract to Sully-Miller Contracting Co., of Brea, CA, for\nasphalt concrete and related materials, in a total annual amount not to\nexceed $300,000 for a period of two years, with the option to renew for\nthree additional one-year periods, at the discretion of the City\nManager; and, authorize City Manager, or designee, to execute all\ndocuments necessary to enter into the contract, including any\nnecessary subsequent amendments.
