6.9\nTHIRD AMENDMENT TO THE PROFESSIONAL SERVICE AGREEMENT WITH STUDIO ONE\nELEVEN FOR THE 6TH STREET BEAUTIFICATION AND REVITALIZATION\nThat the City Council:\nApprove the Third Amendment to the Professional Service Agreement with Studio One\nEleven, in the amount of $184,191, along with a 10% contingency of $100,000 and a term\nextension through September 30, 2027, to continue to provide engineering design services\nfor additional work for the 6th Street Beautification and Revitalization, Project No. ST-2022-\n02.\na.\nAuthorize the City Manager, or his designee, to execute the Third Amendment to the\nProfessional Services Agreement with Studio One Eleven to increase the total contractual fee\nby $184,191 for a total compensation amount of $1,033,531, and include any non-\nsubstantive extensions, change orders, purchase orders, and amendments up to the amount\nauthorized in Corona Municipal Code 3.08.070(G).\nb.\nAuthorize an appropriation in the amount of $51,434 from the Corona Mall Business\nImprovement District Fund 218 to the 6th Street Beautification and Revitalization, Project No.\nST-2022-02.\nc.
