FOR THE CITYWIDE AMERICANS WITH\nDISABILITIES ACT AND SIDEWALK IMPROVEMENTS PROGRAM\nThat the City Council:\nAdopt Plans and Specifications for the Citywide Americans with Disabilities Act and Sidewalk\nImprovements Program, Capital Improvement Project No. ST-2025-05, Notice Inviting Bids\n26-011AS.\na.\nAward Notice Inviting Bids 26-011AS to Kalban, Inc., the lowest responsive, responsible\nbidder, for the total bid amount of $416,000, and waive all minor irregularities in the bidding\ndocument as submitted by the said bidder.\nb.\nApprove the Construction Contract with Kalban, Inc., for the Citywide Americans with\nDisabilities Act and Sidewalk Improvements Program, Capital Improvement Project No. ST-\n2025-05 in the amount of $416,000.\nc.\nAuthorize the City Manager, or his designee, to execute the Construction Contract with\nKalban, Inc., in the amount of $416,000, including any non-substantive extensions, change\norders, purchase orders, and amendments up to 10%, which is equivalent to $41,600 as\nauthorized by Corona Municipal Code 3.08.050 (H).\nd.\nAuthorize the City Manager or his designee, to issue a purchase order to Kalban, Inc., in the\namount of $416,000.\ne.
