8.A. Consider nuisance abatement at 795 W. Garvey and provide direction to the City\nManager and City Attorney regarding whether to demolish the existing structures and\nbring the property into compliance with the City's vacant lot regulations or rehabilitate\nthe structure to complete construction.\nIt is recommended that the City Council consider:\n1. Receiving and filing the status of nuisance abatement at 795 W. Garvey;\n2. Directing the City Manager and City Attorney to either (a) demolish the structure and\nbring the property into compliance with the City's vacant lot regulations; or (b)\nrehabilitate the existing structure and complete its construction; or\n3. Taking such additional, related, action that may be desirable.\nCEQA (California Environmental Quality Act):\nEither action is exempt from additional environmental review pursuant to Public Resources\nCode section 21080(b)(4) and CEQA Guidelines sections 15269, 15301, 15304, and 15321.
