9.C. Adopt a resolution authorizing a Purchase and Sale Agreement and Escrow\nInstructions for the Purchase of Real Property commonly known as 810 Monterey\nPass Road (Assessor's Parcel Number 5252-003-043)\nIt is recommended that the City Council consider:\n1. Adopting Resolution No. xxx authorizing the City Manager to execute all agreements\nand related documents necessary to acquire the real property commonly known as\n810 Monterey Pass Road, in a form approved by the City Attorney, and amending the\nbudget for Fiscal Year 2025-26 to appropriate $258,000 from the General Fund; and\n2. Taking such additional, related, action that may be desirable.
