d. DESIGN AGREEMENT WITH SWA GROUP, INC. (SWA) FOR CITYWIDE\nMEDIAN LANDSCAPE AND IRRIGATION DESIGN SERVICES (PROJECT NO.\n90.23006) AND RESOLUTION FOR BUDGET ADJUSTMENT\nSummary:\nto prepare the Citywide Median Landscape and Irrigation Design Project\n(90.23006).\nRecommendations:\n1. Authorize the City Manager to enter into a Design Services Agreement with\nSWA to prepare the citywide median design, in a form approved by the City\nAttorney. The term of the agreement is for six months with a not-to-exceed\ncontract amount of $174,680.\n2. Authorize contingencies of $4,320 and up to a 180-day term extension\npursuant to the City’s Purchasing and Contracting Guidelines, to be utilized if\napproved by the Public Works Director.\n3. Adopt a resolution, entitled:\nA RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SIGNAL HILL,\nCALIFORNIA, AMENDING THE ADOPTED BUDGET AND AUTHORIZING\nBUDGET APPROPRIATIONS FOR FISCAL YEAR 2022-23
