L.\nApprove the Memorandum of Understanding between the City of Seal\nBeach and the Seal Beach Police Officers Association for the period of\nJuly 1, 2025 through June 30, 2027 - That the City Council adopt Resolution\n7720: 1. Approving the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between the\nCity of Seal Beach and the Seal Beach Police Officers Association for the\nperiod of July 1, 2025 through June 30, 2027; and, 2. Approving Budget\nAmendment BA #26-06-01 in the amount of $56,639.28; and, 3. Authorizing\nthe   City   Manager   to   execute   the   Memorandum   of   Understanding   (MOU)\nbetween   the   City   of   Seal   Beach   and   the   Seal   Beach   Police   Officers\nAssociation.\nITEMS REMOVED FROM THE CONSENT CALENDAR\nPUBLIC HEARING
