20.\nPROTEST\nHEARING\n-\nUNPAID\nBRUSH\nCLEARANCE\nCOSTS\nRESOLUTION NO. 2025-31: A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF\nTHE CITY OF LA HABRA HEIGHTS, CALIFORNIA, CONFIRMING A\nREPORT OF COSTS INCURRED IN CONNECTION WITH THE CITY’S\nBRUSH CLEARANCE PROGRAM; CONFIRMING THE ASSESSMENTS AND\nLIENS SET FORTH IN SUCH REPORT; AND DIRECTING THAT SUCH\nASSESSMENTS BE COLLECTED ON THE PROPERTY TAX ROLL\nRECOMMENDATION:\nIt is recommended that the City Council:\nA.\nOverrule protests, if any, offered during protest hearing and adopt\nResolution No. 2025-31 confirming the report of costs incurred by the\nCity and authorizing the assessments as liens to be placed on the tax\nrolls effective December 8, 2025; OR\nB.\nAmend the charges to be assessed and placed as liens as follows:\n_______________________, and adopt Resolution No. 2025-31.\n2025 12 08 ITEM #20
