COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT BUDGET AMENDMENT FOR 2022-23 AND\nJOB CREATION & BUSINESS INCENTIVE PROGRAM FUNDING FOR LA POPULAR\n(FUNDING SOURCE: COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT FUND)\nRecommendation: Staff recommends that the City Council:\nA. Approve the funding request in the amount of $75,000 and authorize the\nCity Manager to enter into an agreement with Eureka Restaurant Group LLC;\nand\nB.
