5.E. APPROVE A PUBLIC WORKS CONTRACT FOR DESIGN-BUILD SERVICES WITH AMERICAN RAMP\nCOMPANY FOR THE PEAK PARK ASPHALT PUMP TRACK PROJECT\n— Recommended Action: 1) Approve a design-build services public works contract with\nAmerican Ramp Company without a guaranteed minimum and a not-to-exceed amount of\n$800,000 for the Peak Park Asphalt Pump Track project; 2) Authorize the City Manager and City\nAttorney to make any necessary, non-monetary changes to the agreement; and, 3) Authorize\nthe City Manager and City Clerk to execute the agreement.
