3.9 AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT WITH AXON ENTERPRISES, INC. TO\nRENEW AND EXPAND THE BODY-WORN CAMERA AND MOBILE VIDEO\nSOLUTION CONTRACT\nACTION:\n1) Authorize the Mayor to execute an amendment to the agreement between\nthe City of Irvine and Axon Enterprise, Inc., in the amount not to exceed\n$7,464,416.42 over five years.\n2) Authorize the City Manager to enter into subsequent amendments for\nextensions of time or additional services as needed, if they are within the\napproved budget for the program.\n3.9
