Authorize staff to amend the City’s Fiscal Policy to allow for the suspension of the\naccelerated paydown of the City’s unfunded pension liability from FY 2022-23 to FY\n2027-28 or later, pending restoration of City services and maintenance budgets and\nreserves; and,\n8.
