21.\nCONTRACT FOR MICROGRID DEPLOYMENT AT FIRE STATIONS 2 AND 3\nRecommendations:\n1. Authorize the City Manager to enter into agreements with Staten Solar for Solar\nPhotovoltaic Direct Purchase and Battery Energy Storage Systems Lease for\nFire Stations 2 and 3; and\n2. Find that the proposed solar panel installations are statutorily exempt pursuant\nto Public Resources Code § 21080.35 for installing solar energy systems on\nexisting building roofs or in existing parking lots.\nJ.\nREGULAR BUSINESS.    This section is for a wide variety of matters generally\nworthy of separate discussion such as the consideration of ordinances for introduction,\nresolutions,\nextraordinary\npolicy\nand\nbusiness\nmatters,\nstaff\nreports\nand\nrecommendations. The presiding officer will take public comment on each Regular\nBusiness item.   Each speaker shall have up to three minutes for each agendized\nRegular Business item, as may be shortened or extended, or a cumulative limit on the\ntime for all public speakers may be imposed, at the discretion of the Presiding Officer.\nPursuant to California Government Code section 54953(b)(3), any member of the\npublic wishing to address the legislative body directly pursuant to California\nGovernment Code section 54954.3 may do so at each teleconference location at the\ntime the item is considered.
