Accept the improvements for Traffic Signal - Pedestrian Signal\nEquipment Upgrade Phase 2 - Citywide Project, PW23-12, as complete;\nand\n2. Direct the City Clerk to file and record the Notice of Completion,\nrelease the Performance Bond; and accept a one-year Maintenance Bond\nRecommendation:\nin the amount of 10% of the final contract amount; and\n3.
