22)\nAward of a Public Works Construction Agreement to Andy’s Glass Company for\nthe Design, Purchase and Installation of the Fire Glass Wall and Glass Railing\nSystems in the New City Hall Project (CIP Project No. Z20006)\nApprove and authorize the City Manager to execute a Public Works Construction\nAgreement with Andy’s Glass Company in an amount not to exceed $759,061.00, for\nthe design, purchase, and installation of the fire glass wall and glass railing systems\nfor the new City Hall Project in such final form as approved by the City Attorney:\nauthorize the City Manager to execute change orders not exceeding a 10%\ncontingency amount of $75,906.10; and authorize the City Clerk to record the Notice of\nCompletion once work is completed.\nSUCCESSOR AGENCY CONSENT CALENDAR
