20)\nProfessional Services Agreement with Transtech Engineers, Inc. to Provide\nConstruction Engineering and Inspection Services in Support of Public Works\nOperations\nApprove and authorize the City Manager to execute a Professional Services\nAgreement with Transtech Engineers, Inc. for $100,000.00 in such final form as\napproved by the City Attorney and authorize the City Manager to execute change\norders not to exceed a 10% contingency of $10,000.00 for unanticipated costs.
