12)\nPublic Works Agreement with Monet Construction, Inc for Bid Set ‘A’ Concrete,\nFraming, Roofing, Exterior Doors, Windows, and Cement Plaster/brick, Bid Set\n‘A’, on the City Library Project (CIP Project No. Z20003)\nApprove and authorize the City Manager to execute a Public Works Construction\nAgreement with Monet Construction in an amount not to exceed $3,792,541.00 for the\nconcrete, framing, roofing, exterior doors, widows and cement plaster/brick, Bid Set\n‘A’, on the new City Library Project in such final form as approved by the City Attorney;\nauthorize the City Manager to execute change orders not to exceed the 10%\ncontingency amount of $379,254.00; and authorize the City Clerk to record the Notice\nof Completion once work is completed.
