7. \nPico Park Prefabricated Restroom Project, CIP No. 50085 — Notice of\nCompletion. (500)\nRecommendation:\n1. Accept the work as completed for the Pico Park Prefabricated Restroom\nProject, CIP No. 50085 constructed by Diamond Construction & Design\n(Diamond), and authorize the City Clerk to file the Notice of Completion with\nthe Los Angeles County Registrar-Recorder; and\n2. Authorize the City Manager or Designee to approve Contract Change\nOrders No. 1 through 5 for a total amount of $39,426.07; and\n3. Authorize the City Manager or his designee to release the retention and all\nother monies to Diamond following the mandatory waiting period from the\ndate the Notice of Completion is recorded.
