E. Award Bid to Uniserve Facilities Service Corporation for Detail Cleaning of Transit Buses\nRecommended Action\nStaff recommends that the City Council:\n1. Adopt a finding of Categorical Exemption (Class 1 Existing Facilities) pursuant to Section\n15301 of the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) Guidelines;\n2. Award Bid #4440 to Uniserve Facilities Service Corporation for detail cleaning of Santa\nMonica Department of Transportation’s fleet of transit buses; and\n3.
