7.\nApprove an Independent Contractor Agreement with the Coast Community College District, in the\namount of $50,000 paid to the City, for the Strong Workforce Program Transforming Intermediary\nPartnerships for Student Success, for a term ending June 30, 2026; and authorize the Director of\nHousing and Community Development, or designee, to execute and administer the agreement\nand any future modifications; and increase the Housing and Community Development\nDepartment’s Fiscal Year 2025/26 budget by $50,000.\nBUSINESS CALENDAR:
