D.\nMaster Case No. (MCN) 25-0082: General Plan Amendment\n(GPA) No. 25-0001 and Municipal Code Amendment (MCA)\nNo. 25-0012: General Plan Amendment to modify the\nCommunity Mobility and Circulation Element to incorporate\nthe updated truck route map and modify existing policies\nand actions, as well as add new policies and actions under\nGoals 2 and 7 of the Circulation Element to meet the\nrequirements of Assembly Bill 98; Fontana Municipal Code\namendments to Chapter 17 (Motor Vehicles and Traffic),\nArticle X (Truck Routes) to modify the listed city\ncommercial truck route system to be consistent with the\nproposed Community Mobility and Circulation Element\namendments, pursuant to an Addendum to the General\nPlan Final Environmental Impact Report (FEIR)\n25-0693\n1. Determine that this Ordinance is not a project pursuant to Sections 15162\nand 15164 of the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) Guidelines\nand Section 8.06 of the City of Fontana’s 2019 Local CEQA Guidelines,\nbecause this addendum to the General Plan Final Environmental Impact\nReport (FEIR) (State Clearinghouse [SCH] No. 2016021099) does not\npropose any major revisions to the General Plan FEIR and no new\nadditional impacts beyond what was anticipated have been identified, and\ndirect staff to file a Notice of Determination; and\n2. Adopt Resolution No. 2025-110 (General Plan Amendment Cycle No. 2\nof 2025), a Resolution of the City Council of the City of Fontana approving\nGeneral Plan Amendment No. 25-0001, amending the City of Fontana\nGeneral Plan Community Mobility and Circulation Element to incorporate\nthe updated truck route map and modify existing policies and actions, as\nwell as add new policies and actions under Goal 2 of the Circulation\nElement to meet the requirements of Assembly Bill 98; and\n3.
