I.\nAPPROVE COOPERATIVE PURCHASE AGREEMENT NO. 25C410 WITH\nMOTOROLA SOLUTIONS, INC. FOR THE PURCHASE OF BODY-WORN\nCAMERAS, IN-CAR CAMERAS, DIGITAL EVIDENCE MANAGEMENT SOFTWARE,\nAND ASSOCIATED WARRANTIES, SOFTWARE, AND STORAGE FEES\nRECOMMENDATION:\n1. Approve Cooperative Purchase Agreement No. 25C410 with Motorola Solutions,\nInc., for the purchase of body-worn cameras, in-car cameras, digital evidence\nmanagement software, including associated warranties, software, and storage fees\nfor an amount not to exceed $875,831.50 for a five-year term commencing on\nDecember 11, 2025, and continuing through December 10, 2030;\n2. Authorize the City Manager to execute all necessary documents.
