K.\nAPPROVE PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT NO. 25Q441 WITH\nGLOBALMELK LLC FOR URBAN DESIGN SERVICES AND PROFESSIONAL\nSERVICES AGREEMENT NO. 25Q442 WITH MULTISTUDIO, INC. FOR BRANDING\nAND MARKETING FOR THE CONVENTION CENTER CONNECTOR PROJECT\nRECOMMENDATION:\n1. Approve Professional Services Agreement No. 25Q441 with Globalmelk LLC to\nprovide urban design services for the convention center connector project for a\nterm commencing on January 1, 2026, and continuing through December 31,\n2028, for an amount not to exceed $750,000;\n2. Approve Professional Services Agreement No. 25Q442 with Multistudio, Inc. to\nprovide branding and marketing services for the convention center connector\nproject for a term commencing on January 1, 2026, and continuing through\nDecember 31, 2028, for an amount not to exceed $500,000;\n3. Authorize the City Manager or designee to execute all necessary documents.
