N.\nAPPROVAL OF AMENDMENT NO. 3 TO AGREEMENT NO. A9206 WITH SAME DAY\nEXPRESS, DBA SIGNATURE SCULPTURE, FOR CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE\nOF PUBLIC ART\nRECOMMENDATION:\n1. Approve Amendment No. 3 to Agreement No. A9206 with Same Day Express,\nd/b/a Signature Sculpture, for the cleaning and maintenance of additional public art\npieces, increasing annual compensation by $50,000 for Fiscal Year 2026, not to\nexceed a total contract amount of $189,799.50.\n2. Authorize the City Manager to execute the amendment.
