Open the public hearing on the formation of Community Facilities District No.\n2025-1 (Serena Park), take public testimony, close the public hearing;\n2. Adopt Resolution establishing Community Facilities District No. 2025-1 (Serena\nPark);\n3. Adopt Resolution determining necessity to incur bonded indebtedness;\n4. Adopt Resolution calling an election relating to the levy of a Special Tax;\n5. Conduct an election;\n6. Adopt Resolution declaring the results of said election;\n7. First Reading of Ordinance relating to the Levy of a Special Tax within Community\nFacilities District No. 2025-1 (Serena Park); and\n8.
