FOR THE PURCHASE AND INSTALLATION OF\nPLAYGROUND EQUIPMENT, AND CONSTRUCTION CONTRACT NO. 25C448\nWITH SHADE STRUCTURES, INC., DBA USA SHADE & FABRIC STRUCTURES\nFOR THE PURCHASE AND INSTALLATION OF SHADE STRUCTURES AT\nDESERT HIGHLAND PARK.\nRECOMMENDATION:\n1. Approve Construction Contract No. 25C445 with Innovative Playgrounds\nCompany, Inc. to purchase and install playground equipment at Desert Highland\nPark, for an amount of $562,651.20;\n2. Approve Construction Contract No. 25C448 with Shade Structures, Inc., dba USA\nShade & Fabric Structures to purchase and install shade structure equipment at\nDesert Highland Park, for an amount of $298,173.33; and\n3. Authorize the City Manager or designee to execute all necessary documents.
