Approve Construction Contract No. 25C449 with Miracle Recreation Equipment\nCompany, to purchase and install rubberized surfacing at Ruth Hardy Park, for an\namount of $336,303.07; and\n2. Authorize the City Manager or designee to execute all necessary documents.
