4.\nDevelopment Impact Fee Report for Fiscal Year Ending June 30, 2025. Pursuant to\nGovernment Code Section 66006, this report provides detailed information on the collection,\ninterest earned, expenditures, and balances of the City's development impact fees as of June\n30, 2025. During the fiscal year, the Park Development and Storm Drain Funds incurred\nexpenditures, while the remaining funds did not and continue to hold balances for future projects.\nThis report is submitted in compliance with State legislative requirements.\nRecommendation: That the City Council receive, file, and make available to the public the\nDevelopment Impact Fee Annual Report for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2025, and adopt the\nrequired five-year findings pursuant to Government Code Section 66001(d).
